LOS ANGELES, California – September 21, 2014 – Produce Services of Los Angeles is teaming up with The Lime Truck and Chef Daniel Shemtob to help the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.  The event will take place on Saturday, September 27 in Mentone, California at the Rock The Loch Festival.

The Lime Truck will be there cooking up their special brand of palate pleasing new American cuisine with a twist.  This year, The Lime Truck will be offering a special green apple and tomatillo pico de gallo created and prepared especially to benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank.  All proceeds from the sale of this “Pico-to Go” will be donated to The Second Harvest Food Bank.

Produce Services of Los Angeles will be providing all the fresh produce and The Lime Truck Team will be providing their culinary creativity to make a difference.  Come out and show your support!
